Do not seek the because - in love there is no because, no reason, no explanation, no solutions.

This is what I know about love, that it is tested every day, and what is not renewed is lost. One chooses either to care more or to care less. Once the choice is to care less, then there is no stopping the momentum of goodbye. Each loved thing slips away. There is no stopping it.

I can imagine a life without you, but it seems impossible dreary, imperfect, unhappy.

Everyone tells you what to do and what’s good for you. They don’t want you to find your own answers. They want you to believe theirs.

Close your eyes, clear your heart, let it go...: How to Feel More Contented with your Life →

1. Take a moment to be grateful for something. What in your life is good, or makes you happy? Even if everything seems to suck, there must be at least one good thing. Find something, and begin by being grateful for that.

2. Catch yourself thinking, “This sucks.” It’s amazing how often…

Card Deck Love Notes (x)

This is super cute. Punch holes in a deck of cards (which make take some work). You can either paint a square on the “back” of each card or glue a small piece of paper where you can write your love note. Next, get Loose-Leaf Rings (available at dollar stores or where office supplies are sold). Put them in through the hole punches and you are done!

Don’t feel like buying those rings? Use yarn, lace, or ribbon instead. Just make sure it’s tied loose enough that you can turn the pages.
